Key Responsibilities
- Technical Execution: Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems. Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms.
- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers
- Travel & Flexibility: Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track.
- Ready to Grow: Sharpen your skills through self-directed learning. We expect you to seek out system complexity and take on more responsibility as you advance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
- Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background: Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless).
- Communication: Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people and work well within a team.
- Software: Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
