Business Development Associate (Entry Level) – Sustainability Industry

Launch your business career in a growing sustainability-focused industry. American Refrigerants is seeking a motivated professional who enjoys working with people and wants to build strong sales, relationship management, and market strategy skills.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience engaging customers, analyzing market trends, and supporting business growth while learning about the evolving refrigerant reclamation industry. You’ll work with HVAC contractors, manufacturers, and industry partners to help advance sustainable resource solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn and communicate the value of our products and services 
  • Build relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities 
  • Monitor market trends and support pricing and sales strategy 
  • Assist with commercial and government bid opportunities 
  • Maintain CRM activity and support order processing 
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer service

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Interest in business, sales, or sustainability industries 
  • Self-motivated with willingness to learn new tools and systems 
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required 
  • Willingness to relocate near Bradenton, FL 
  • Authorized to work in the United States (background check required)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Typical starting pay: $45,000+ with commission and bonus potential 
  • Health insurance, paid time off, and profit sharing 
  • Paid training and mentorship 
  • Full-time Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours per week)
